Octomom Sued!

You’ll remember a story we did last month about T’s Lounge and Octomom cancelling her appearance, today the club sued Octomom for breech and is seeking an injunction.  Seems as though nearby Playhouse Gentlemen’s Club took the opportunity to try and snatch up the hot commodity which is Octomom for an appearance scheduled this weekend in West Palm Beach, Florida.  According to the owner of T’s Lounge Octomom would further breech her contract with the club if she were to appear anywhere within a 50 mile radius.

T’s Lounge says Octomom was required by contract to give 35 days’ notice of cancellation, and only gave 34 days’ notice. The lawsuit also claims she was barred, per the contract, from appearing within 50 miles and 90 days of the T’s Lounge gig. The club wants more than $15,000, seeing as the lack of an Octomom strip show caused “irreparable harm.” (After all, you’re heartbroken about it, right?) Suleman has been summoned to court, but no date has been set for a hearing, the AP reports.
